Gambling problems and not closing account
I have tried to get in touch with Ice Casino via email and chat but no one answers. Therefore, I try with you Ask Gamblers, with the hope that you can help me.
I have had gambling problems for several years that I still struggle with. In February I came to a point where I could no longer control myself. All my money disappeared at this casino and I couldn't pay the bills.
On 27 february 12:26, I sent an email to the casino and explained about my situation and my gambling problems. No one has ever responded and my account is still active. I have tried to get my account closed via chat but none of their employees is available.
This has resulted in me being able to waste even more money, 15 000 SEK or more. And I'm in an even worse situation than before.
I now demand Ice Casino to block my account forever due to my gambling problems and pay back all my deposits, since the day I told them about my gambling problems.
