Hello, ICE Casino blocked my account for no particular reason.
Please help me to deal with this problem.
I think this happened because I often won at this casino, the last payment had to wait more than a week, with your help I received my winnings. I got banned for this. I did not do anything that would violate the rules of this casino, I did not insult the staff, after I won some money, the attitude towards me as a player changed.
It turns out that the casino does not like it when a player wins, but this is contrary to common sense, not a single player goes to the casino to lose.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team believes the subject of this complaint was given an answer eventually. You insisted to receive an explanation for your account closure and you got one from the Operator. Therefore, we consider the case resolved and it will be closed accordingly.
How adequate and fair that answer was though, is something we will leave to all players who will read this particular complaint in the future to decide and draw their own conclusions about the reliability and the quality of service the affected Operator is able to deliver to their customers.

Can you kindly share the guidelines of your community?
Again, we do not completely understand, why the operator needs to explain anything to you or end user, when there is no disputed amount or any violation? When there are absolutely no other complaints from another players proving that IceCasino cannot follow the "advertises cashout times".
We are looking forward to receiving the guidelines of what Operator may/may not do (specifically at AskGamblers.com).
Meanwhile, please kindly find more explanations:
1) The PSP cannot provide the depositing availability specifically to the player;
2) The player was distributing the bonuses of the casino, without prior agreement with the Casino, which breaches the bonus T&Cs

Following your posts from 25th and in order to avoid any further assumptions and/or speculations in regards to the decision made by the Ice Casino management to close the player's account, would you please try to clarify your explanation a bit more as it looks like you are referring to a management inability to follow the advertised cashout time frames as a reason to prevent the complainant from further playing at your Casino?
