Submitted a withdrawal the first time which was canceled due to technical issues.
Now waited for 2 weeks constantly being in touch with the chat asking them about the withdrawal. They said it would be credited shortly. 2 weeks later they canceled again without any explanation.
My KYC is verified I even double-checked do I need anything else is everything okay from my side?
Is there any chance to look into it?
