5 working days is over and still no response
Hallo!
Question about withdraw of 400 euros which is “in process” status from 09.03.23.
As support service managers told me - the maximum is 5 working/banking days to wait. Today it the 5th working day. Still nothing.
Can you explain why support service specialists told me that 5 days are counted from the next day. If it is not mentioned in terms and conditions
