I withdraw 3000$ CAD and im happy about that but i just received 2439$ CAD can you help me for have my cash? the costumer services dont answer me and i would like my winning... i put files in attachement for prove my complain thank you. this casino have a good game but poor services thanks for help

Indeed, as shown in the screenshot, we approved the amount of 3000 CAD. We have looked into it and decided that since you did not receive the whole amount we will reissue a new payment for you with the remaining of 561 CAD.
We also emailed you to let you know that we added the 561 CAD that you can place again in a payout request, but we noticed that without answering the email from accounting you put the funds into play.
We re-added the funds to your account and we tried calling you numerous times to let you know that you can make a new payout request, but unfortunately our calls got rejected.
Should you want to cash out the 561 CAD, please do not play them and make a payout request so that we can approve it as soon as possible.
