I think this is a scam. I won 1800.00 and requested a 2400.00 withdrawal over two weeks ago and NOONE has been able to tell me when I would receive my money. Keep telling me it is a processing time of 30 days. THen when I accidentally cancelled my request and resubmitted it as a check instead of wire transfer they told me the time frame started OVER.

There is no scam here. Unfortunately, you did cancel your original withdrawal request--when you re-submitted the request, the time frame kicks in once again. We're very clear about our wait times on withdrawals:

Approval of Withdrawals

1. All withdrawal requests must first be reviewed and approved by the Casino before being sent for payment.

2. All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 3 to 5 days from the date of the request. Ineligible request will be denied within that time frame.

3. Eligible withdrawal requests will be approved 7 business days after the request date. A maximum of $2,500 will be approved per pay period.

4. Payment will be made in 7 to 10 business days after approval. A maximum of $2,500 will be sent per week. All balances will be sent the following week(s). This amount may vary due to processor limitations.

As you requested the withdrawal on the 23rd, this is still within the parameters of our terms and conditions.
