I request withdrawal on March 30 that was approved on april 11 , they aways have just excuses no one there actually willing to help. i keep calling their costumer service and email im send email to them they either dont give me answers just a lot excuses i have not receive my money ans i need your help

I've looked into this for you and I'm happy to say that your payment was sent off earlier today (Monday) and I would expect to have the tracking before the end of the week.

I have good news and much quicker than I anticipated. ;-)

Your tracking came in late in the day yesterday (Tuesday) and I can see that the payment is set to be delivered by 10:30 AM, today.
