Refusing to provide help on a cashout of free spins win


I played and played and played and i beat the wager. the max amount to withdraw is 100 dollars so i stoped playing and asked for detail on how i can withdraw etc. then i couldn't get hold of them on live chat so i left about 10 messages asking them to contact me i sent numerous emails to the support with no reply what so ever. I sent an email saying i want to deposit and boom a reply. I also wanted to find out if i can just continue with that amount but same same no reply as yet.

I absolutely know this was sent off. Please remember, this was sent off to our processor on Thursday, meaning they likely only began processing this, Friday. Because our processors rely on intermediary banks, it's not quite as instantaneous as one banking institution to another. It generally takes three to five days for folks to receive the wires.

Please let me know if you don't have the wire by Thursday.
