I recently got lucky and won 1500 playing Enchanted Gardens. I decided to stop while I was ahead (a rare enough thing for me to do), and requested a payout. It has been over 2 months now I believe and I have contacted their support at least 5 times requesting help. Every time they say that they will escalate it to the finance department so that they can get it to me, but nothing happens. So I repeat the same process a week later.

The withdraw was approved and I have already been verified. My patience is running thin and I need the money I won please.
