Planet 7 Casino - Horrible experience, can't get my money

I have been trying since November 5th to get documents ect to planet 7.Had i not called them i would have never known weeks later that they had issue with my documents so for 2 weeks nobody even sent me a message to tell me this.Sadly they claimed it was due to me adress not showing on lease.That was untrue as i just refowarded the exact thing did not make a new email just hit forward from original and it was approved so there never was a issue.Moving on i sent in wiring details and again nobody contacted me but said could not see account info again false.ive had daily chats on here asking to speak to supervisor and they are never available.the chat customer service is by far the rudest of all.everything is scripted and constantly they leave chat on you when your asking questions.yesterday i enquired again about my payout of 1450 and the automated scripted line appeared sorry for the delay ect.I then said that i was looking forward to this money for christmas and was told we dont pay out on personal issues...have a merry christmas and ended the chat on me.I am beyond disgusted by this and the treatment.I cant believe these people are allowed to treat paying customers this way.Please also advise them as i requested a wire and they refuse to change it and said are sending by check.looking to get this resolved.Thank you in advance.

I"m very sorry for the difficulties you've experienced with this.

You'll be pleased to know that your payment was sent to our processor on the 15th. I would expect tracking to come through, later today or tomorrow. As soon as I have your tracking, I'll come back with an update for you.

Hi Larry--

I'm so very sorry--I'm still waiting for your tracking to come through. Unfortunately with the holidays, things come to a crawl with our processors. I'm hoping tracking comes in, later today or tomorrow and of course, as soon as I have it, I'll be back to let you know.

I'm not sure what happened here, but for whatever reason, I was not given your tracking until yesterday. From the tracking information, I do see this payment was delivered to you back on the 18th.
