Holding the payment even after being approved


Hello, its been a two months of completely frustration, start with the paper work that was never approved even after sending a several time, they would aways say that the got it so I would wait for the time that they told me to wait then because nothing was happening I would give them another call and the same thing, they would say that they don't received any email from me, to have this resolved that was one time I had one of the manager on the phone and made him to stay on the phone till I got a email from the document department to contact me confirming they received my emails! Then after that day every time I would call from my phone no one would answer me, I talked to them by phone after that maybe a couple time by using other peoples phone, first I thought that was a coincidence but on those two times I was surprised how quickly they answered the phone calls when was place by the other phone since I was for hours before trying with my own phone! Well right now both the payment is been approved for a month and last time I talk to them they said they transfer the payment to my bank account since the 10th of this month but nothing has arrived so far and they said they don't know when the other payment is gonna be send to my account, why is that? After all this delay everythimg is aproved so why they are holding peoples money!
