Refuse to refund my two deposits after trying to deposit for third time


Hello ,

So basically and in short.

I signed up and deposit two times using my visa card both transactions were verified and deposited with no issues.

Third transaction it was declined and says please use a Mastercard and i do not own any Mastercard nor any other deposit methods other than my visa card.

I contacted live chat and they told me that there is a restriction on visa on my region so i asked for a refund as this is not my fault because if there is a restriction it should be made from first deposit so basically they made me deposit first time amount of $350 and then amount of $850 and the third time the restriction came to attention if i knew this would going to happen I wouldn't even deposit for second time or even first time.

I request a refund on my first and second deposits as the payment provider though to restrict my region on third attempt.

Clearly i have been mislead in a website that accepts initial depoists then rejects future depoists due to region restrictions . That being said all withdrawels would have been rejected too.

I hope the casino refunds my depoists in a good manner.

Account blocking for fictitious reasons and confiscation of winnings
Good day!
I registered here and played for a few days, made many deposits and used the bonus (but I was not lucky to win it)

After another deposit and a series of winnings, I decided to stop, uploaded the documents and created a payment, it was 23.04!!! After which on 25.04 my documents were accepted and the payment went into processing (as I thought)
They just BLOCKED my account without explanation!!!!
after a few hours of chatting it turned out that they wanted an additional photo with a document and an open account (which was blocked and I had no access to it) but they claimed that it was open
after a few hours I unblocked it, I took and uploaded a photo

I thought my troubles were over
30.04 the casino BLOCKED the account again!!!! explaining this by the fact that they no longer provide me with services unilaterally, and they did not pay the money because there is not enough balance,after several hours of arguments and discussions, they unblocked my account for withdrawal of money.

but on 01.05 they canceled this payment for unclear reasons and could not explain the reasons in support themselves.
I created a new payment request and received a message that my payment would be successful, after which my account would be blocked!

when I went to my mail on 05.05

I see a message that my account has been blocked once again and I DO NOT HAVE the right to receive my funds!!!!!

The amount is very large for me

I made deposits of 2800 euros!!
