Delayed payment for 21 days
On 6th April 2023 I deposited to Highbet casino I was then contacted by responsible gambling advising of a Loss Limit Created on my account. I then proceeded to withdraw my money on the same day as I didn't want these effects to come into play. Since this date I have been emailing backwards and forwards and the only response I keep getting is that this has been escalated further.
I was told 10 days ago my account is verified so this is not the issue. I seem to be going round in circles. I have asked to raise a compliant but told I cant be given a case reference number.
They advised a complaint has been made internal but couldn't update me on the progress
