Casino is not cooperating with source of funds verification


Hey,

I have send Highbet the questionaire about source of funds and send them couple of documents to verify the source of funds. The first set of documents I send them were not enough for them. Still the main problem here is that I send them the Source of funds questionnaire in 3.4.2026. After multiple request on the progress of reviewing simple questionnaire and bank statement finally they said that was not enough in 28.4.2026. I send them further documents showing clearly the source of funds with two 1 page documents in 30.4.2026. Which are still in progress even when asked they were set to priority in 14.5.2026.

I totally understand that source of funds documents are needed to but it is almost 2 months from when this started and they have been able to review 1 questionnaire and bank statement. Which makes this seem just unwillingness to cooperate with verification process.
