Here we go again, experiencing problems with delayed payment
Once again, I am experiencing problems with delayed payment at Palace of Chance Casino. They used to be pretty good regarding approving payouts in a timely manner, and it took them way too long to send the info to the processors. Now I have payouts that are valid according to the terms of the bonus I used, yet they are past due for approval. I have spoken to their Live Chat agents numerous times regarding these withdrawl requests. The last time was this past Friday, and I was assured by VIP host Karen that the requests made on 1/27/17 and 2/4/17 would be approved that day. Nothing happened, and I have not been able to reach them this morning. I am a very frequent depositor, a VIP according to their standards. I do not feel as if my business matters to them if they can not follow their own guidelines when it comes to pay outs. They are past due on approval. I have 6 payouts pending, and it would be a shame to have to contact Ask Gamblers to collect in a timely manner on all of them. It just is no fun to have to chase the winnings, and to have them tell me that they are going to something at a certain time, and then have them not follow through. Please help to keep these casinos on track regarding timely payment. Thank you.
