Need help with delayed payouts


Hi,
I really need your help in getting my winnings paid to me. I've been waiting since 10/28/16. I have been approved for a total of $9200. I've sent in all requested documents including my bank wire information and all have been approved. I've been speaking to customer support on a weekly basis and they have been telling me to wait until someone calls or email me with my payment tracking information. So far, I have not heard back with any updates.

Sorry for the delay getting back to you.

I've had a look at your account and the $200 shortfall is due to a bonus you received: Coupon Code NORULES, which was a 200% bonus on your $100 deposit. All of our bonuses are non-withdrawable, so that $200 bonus was removed from your withdrawal.

I'm sorry for the confusion and I hope this clears things up.
