Security department does not respond in 15 days

Sir,my account was security problem. I need to verify documents on my helabet account. Since then I emailed helabet security department for 15 days and got no reply. And my problem is not resolved. My deposi­t/w­ith­dra­wal­/be­tti­ng/game playing are all blocked in my account. The helabet support team replied to the mail saying that it was out of their jurisdiction to contact the helabet security department. But the security team never contacted for 15 days.


I have been emailing the security team by photos of my ID card/

selfies with documents/ my TIN certificate to the security team since 15 days but no solution and no reply to my problem.


I have provided the photos of the documents provided in the personal profile of the account.

I am suffering from security problem in my account since 1 month.Support team and live chat operator told me to wait and security team will mail me when it is my turn. More, in no case it takes more than 30 days to reply to this email. How long should I wait? I'm running out of patience. Technical problem in getting the letter said live chat operator has been solved but still there is technical problem said support team.I emailed Security team for updates and got no response. Support team asked for a selfie i sent it but no response from security department. Although security department is very busy, it should not take more than 30 days to reply to this email in any case. I think now. Helabet is cheating with me. Other betting sites which reply to email within 30 minutes max. Helabet has not given me a reply to my email even in 1 month. If you can't fix it, at least make a request to the security department to fix my problem.So that I can get a solution to my problem quickly. My money is stuck in the account and I can't withdraw until the documents are verified.I have been waiting for 1 month please don't keep me waiting anymore.

I'm writing to formally raise a serious complaint against Helabet for wrongfully withholding my funds under unjustified and prolonged circumstances.

For over 15 days, I have been unable to withdraw my balance due to what the platform claims is an issue with their withdrawal system. Despite repeated attempts — over 43 withdrawal requests, all of which have been rejected — the issue remains unresolved.

I have contacted both their customer support and security team multiple times. Each time, I receive the same generic response: “Please wait for our specialist to resolve the problem.” However, no progress has been made, no timeline has been provided, and no real solution has been implemented.

I have also attempted to withdraw using alternative cryptocurrency methods, but none of them are functioning. This clearly indicates that the issue is not isolated but affects their entire crypto withdrawal system.

What is especially concerning — and highly unethical — is that Helabet continues to accept cryptocurrency deposits while fully aware that crypto withdrawals are not working. This raises a critical question:

Why is this sportsbook still accepting crypto deposits when users cannot withdraw their funds?

For clarity: My account is fully verified, and I have provided valid identification.

There are no compliance issues on my end. The delay has exceeded reasonable operational timelines with zero transparency.
