I was playing Blackjack on 8th October 2023 on Haz Casino's Vivo Gaming Las Vegas Blackjack table with a limit of $15-$250. The software glitched twice when I placed bets. Funds of $15.00 and $40.00 disappeared from my balance and there is no player support on the live table for Vivo gaming. I checked my game history, the game round states its in progress while games after that were completed. When I contacted Casino's support they said they would investigate with the provider and would update me via email. It has been a week since filing the dispute with the casino and no emails received. I have been following up with the casino Daily and no positive or proper responses on the Estimated time for the dispute to complete. Need this to be resolved ASAP.

One $15.00 on 2023-10-08 at 04:23:06 vivo gaming Las Vegas blackjack: Bet $15.00 Round is still In progress Game ID: 1696735314586 vi and $40.00 on 2023-10-08 at 21:27:03 vivo gaming Las Vegas blackjack: Bet $40.00 Round is still In progress Game ID:1696796752681 vi.

I have already attached the screenshots of the game history above. They are not providing a solution or an Estimated time to fix the problem. They are just saying that they are waiting for a response from the game provider and there is no estimated time to complete it.

Even when I spoke with chat today, there was no proper response. They just say they don't have insights about this as they are only a support team. I am frustrated. It's been almost 10 days since the funds went missing. I have attached today's conversation on chat as well
