Having withdrawal issues


Hi my name is Mathew < surname removed >my user name is < removed >. I submitted a utility bill to the finance place as they requested. I the had my with draw accepted on 11/6 here it is a month and a 1/2 later and I still have not received my with draw money I am very upset with the situation I just want my money and that's it I have spoke to several customer service representatives and they tell me different things all the time they say that my claim has been escalated to the financial department And then they also tell me that they will have somebody contact me and nothing I haven't received anything yet I just wish that my claim will be resolved I live in the United States thank you

Ok. Thank you alot and i hope we get this situation also solved. I want to play more but until im paid i dont want to deposit no more money. Trust issues i guess. But thank you alot will be waiting for your reaponse.

I'm very sorry about the difficulties you've been having with this--I hope to be able to resolve your issue.

Unfortunately, I'm not in the office until Monday and I only have limited access to player information until I'm in. I'll have to check into this when I return to the office--I'll be sure to come back with answers as soon as I've had a chance to look into this.
