I cashed out on the 11th of December for $2,500 a week later they put the money back in my playing account at that point I spent $200 and withdrew $2,300 and which it's been sitting in there ever since they keep telling me they need more documents I have given them all the documents and I have the emails to prove it with the reference numbers they have my bank wire information there's no reason for this delay it's been almost 1 month and have not gotten an answer into what is taking so long except for they haven't received my documents which they have I need this resolved ASAP my patience is gone I have had more than enough patience for these people to get nowhere with them

I have a family emergency I need this money they have no problem taking your money better when it's time to pay they make up things and play games this is a matter of life and death I have this money this week I will continue to make complaints and I will slander their name all over the Internet until I get my money this is absolutely ridiculous unprofessional and just a scam rip off the site should be closed down

I contacted Royal Ace documents Bayside my payment was being processed I also contacted them today and now they're saying that the playthrough Matt wasn't done which is a complete lie I was had that check at the beginning of this withdraw at the beginning of December several times by different people to play through amount was played they're just playing games now
