Haven't received winnings yet


To whom it may concern,

Hello my name is Sean Davis and I'm filing a complaint against Silver Oak Casino because I had won over $1200 back in October 2017 and still haven't received it yet. I started off with $500 and in the end the total amount I was supposed to cash out was $1744. I had won $1244 but have yet to see a dime of any of the money. I've sent all the paperwork required to receive the winnings and even updated my address and I have emailed them back and forth about it because the only way to contact the payment department is via email. Here it is January 2018 and I'm still waiting on the money. Silver Oak has been giving me the runaround and they haven't even bothered to respond to my email lately so they left me no choice but to file this complaint. I have been very patient with them but at the same time no one should have to wait 3 months to receive their online casino winnings. Can you please help me resolve this issue and receive my winnings please? Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this complaint and have a blessed day!!!

After almost 3 months by God's Grace I have finally received the $1,744 minus the casino fees of course but I have received the money. Thank you AskGamblers for helping me receive the money. This case is hereby resolved and you can now close this case. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I'm very sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

I've checked on your account and I see your payment was sent off to our processor, the day before you lodged this complaint: Paid $1724 + $20 for transaction 82553800. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account in the next day or so, if you haven't already.
