Haven't gotten any payments for almost 1 year


I won $1383 around the end of last year. I sent all the documents and decided to wait patiently, however after a few months, I saw that it got put back in the account. I talked to them and they said I had to request it again . I requested again on 8/7/2017. I saw that it was approved on 9/6/2017 . I actually kept believing I would get paid and played a few other times and I won $4430. I requested $2500 of this and it got approved on 12/05. I I still didn't get even my first win that I requested at the beginning of this year. I am worried that I'll see it all in the account again in a few months and nothing will happen. I need help. I want my winnings now !
