Have not received payment of winnings

I submitted a withdrawal request for $1750 on November 10, 2017 and it was approved November 24, 2017. I have not received payment yet (17 days after approval). I had several chats with customer service and was told the usual that my request would be "escalated". I am requesting your help in receiving this payment without further delays.
