Casino won't cashout my wins, twice!

The situation is basically the same as my last complaint.
I didn’t process the result last time, and I canceled my withdrawal.(4400CNY)
Then I lost 4400CNY and wager alot,This Wednesday I got my cashback about850CNY.
I use this 850CNY win up to 7500CNY,then I cashout again,(22/08/2019 11AM)
Until now,I only got a reply that has been under review, please be patient,and this not normal,(Chinese casinos, withdrawal time is 0 to 120min),And this 2rd time game process review,They didn't even reply to my last complaint.
So,PLEASE HELP ME!!

Already gone 1 month without giving my withdrawal

Happyluke doing froud with me

I win in Happyluke. I put widraw my money they request for verification. I give all documents customer care support ask me my account is fully verified.

After that my widrawal still pending. i chat with customer service they ask me they verifing my widrawal. I was waiting 10 days but after that I contact with them they ask me they checking my gameplay.

I connect many times, they telling me same: we do not receive any update from relevant department.

Please help me to solve my issue.

Delaying my withdrawal

You can see that I deposit at 06:05&06:22 on August 6.
I am withdraw money at 09:21 on August 6.
I didn’t pass it until 14:30 on August 6, so I canceled the withdrawal and consulted the customer service.
Customer service has always been based on auditing the game, always pushing away.
I will continue to apply for withdrawals at 18:30 on August 6th, until 7:00 on August 7th, I still have not received the account.
The audit took eleven hours and there was no result.Then I canceled the withdrawal and asked the customer service again.
Still perfunctory, let me continue to wait.
But the biggest problem is that in China, the withdrawal time of each casino is completed in 1 minute to 120 minutes.
Even in HappyLuke, I spent 20-30 minutes on my last withdrawal.
This is what I think they are scamming me.
