Already gone 1 month without giving my withdrawal

Happyluke doing froud with me

I win in Happyluke. I put widraw my money they request for verification. I give all documents customer care support ask me my account is fully verified.

After that my widrawal still pending. i chat with customer service they ask me they verifing my widrawal. I was waiting 10 days but after that I contact with them they ask me they checking my gameplay.

I connect many times, they telling me same: we do not receive any update from relevant department.

Please help me to solve my issue.
