Sent all documents, but my withdrawal is still pending since 9th of March

Hello!

My name is [full name removed], and about a month ago I start playing to Grandmasterjack.

After win 803£ I withdrawal my money, but since I withdrawal nothing. These day I send them the documents for verification process and everything was on my name! I send my passport, my bank statements and my proof of payment which mean I use my sim to pay, I mean my My phone contract!

I try to speak with them via live chat it’s terrible they ignore me and same response!

Please help me, this is very frustrating!

No payment after send everything for proof of verification

Hello My name is < full name removed > and would like to write this complaint about this kind of casino! It now seems like they don’t want to process my withdrawal after sending the proof of the payment which I use for deposit! Now they ask me for some more documents which honestly I don’t have I just take that kind of business phone number under my name cause I got a big family and we use to have together more phone numbers under one contract! So now I try to speak to them but they still don’t understand this is about 640 £ which I withdrew but never come to my account! I send everything that they ask me like the proof of address proof of id and proof of payment it was honestly in my name under my name everything now I don’t know what they want please help me is very very Frustrating!
