No payment after send everything for proof of verification

Hello My name is < full name removed > and would like to write this complaint about this kind of casino! It now seems like they don’t want to process my withdrawal after sending the proof of the payment which I use for deposit! Now they ask me for some more documents which honestly I don’t have I just take that kind of business phone number under my name cause I got a big family and we use to have together more phone numbers under one contract! So now I try to speak to them but they still don’t understand this is about 640 £ which I withdrew but never come to my account! I send everything that they ask me like the proof of address proof of id and proof of payment it was honestly in my name under my name everything now I don’t know what they want please help me is very very Frustrating!
