My two deposits are pending for last 24 days

Dear Askgamblers Team,

I am writing this complaint against Granawin Casino for their irresponsible behaviour.

My email Id on Granawin casino is sartha­kgu­pta­_77­@ya­hoo.com.

I am a loyal customer of this casino, but still, it’s been more than 24 days, and they are not ready to resolve my issue even after submitting everything they asked.

So, the concern is on 12th Feb 2026, I deposited 15,000, which has still not been credited to my gaming account.

And on 26th Feb, I deposited 21200, which has also not been credited to my gaming account.

I have emailed them so many times, but they don’t care and don't give me a reply.

So, now AskGamblers team, you are my last hope in resolving this issue.

Consequently, the casino has no means to track or recover the aforementioned funds.

Firstly the missing amount is 15,000 and not 15,500.

Secondly, this is simply not possible that you have not received the funds as the amount is successfully debited from my bank account and is successfully credited to your provider account.

I have already shared the bank statement as well as the video of the transaction.

So, kindly do what is required and kindly add the amount to my gaming account.
