My two deposits are pending for last 24 days
Dear Askgamblers Team,
I am writing this complaint against Granawin Casino for their irresponsible behaviour.
My email Id on Granawin casino is sarthakgupta_77@yahoo.com.
I am a loyal customer of this casino, but still, it’s been more than 24 days, and they are not ready to resolve my issue even after submitting everything they asked.
So, the concern is on 12th Feb 2026, I deposited 15,000, which has still not been credited to my gaming account.
And on 26th Feb, I deposited 21200, which has also not been credited to my gaming account.
I have emailed them so many times, but they don’t care and don't give me a reply.
So, now AskGamblers team, you are my last hope in resolving this issue.
