Deposit of 20000 INR not credited after successful transaction

I am filing this complaint against GranaWin Casino regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my casino account despite a successful transaction from my end.

I have already shared the payment proof with the casino's support team, but the funds have not been added to my balance yet. It has been several days since the transaction was completed.
I request you to look into this matter and help me get my deposit credited or refunded.
