​I am filing this complaint against GranaWin Casino regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my casino account despite a successful transaction from my end.

​Transaction Details:

​Date & Time: 27 Jan 2026 at 03:04 PM

​Amount: ₹20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rupees)

​Payment Method: UPI

​I have already shared the payment proof with the casino's support team, but the funds have not been added to my balance yet. It has been several days since the transaction was completed.

​I request you to look into this matter and help me get my deposit credited or refunded.
