Withholds payment

Hello, I made a deposit of 120€ (122.94 USD) at Goldwin Casino on 07/06/2022 at 1:14:03 pm German Time.
This money never arrived in my account.
At the beginning I was told that the problem will be solved the same day. Then the payment service provider had to be contacted, also without any feedback.
After that, my account was simply closed for no reason.
The money has disappeared and the casino refuses to refund it to me.
(By the way, this missing deposit was the reason why I had to delete my limits at the casino. Because with a deposit limit of 10€, no 120€ deposit can be processed.)

I think I am being ripped off by the casino here and the casino wants to keep the money.

I am glad to inform you that our payment provider has concluded the investigation regarding the transaction for which you previously provided us the ARN number.


The transaction was successful on your bank's end, however due to a miscommunication with the acquiring bank the status of the transaction remained unsuccessful and the funds weren't credited to your account.


As your casino account is currently closed we have asked them to refund the amount back to the payment method used for that deposit. You should see the funds on your end within 10-14 business days, depending on your bank.
