Still waiting for my withdrawal
On 23.1.22 at 06.47 AM I sent verification to GoldWin to be approved. At other casinos it takes a maximum of 48 hours. I have written several emails about whether they were missing any information, but have heard nothing.
I made a withdraw and thought it would probably go through, but after a few days, I canceled it as nothing happened. So I got an email from support that I could not get the payment as it was canceled.
Now I am in the same situation again. I have 2 winnings, ie 2 pending payouts. I have written to support and finance 7 times since 12.1.22. Has received 1 email return from support:
"Thank you for contacting us.
Big congrats on your winnings, hope to see many more
We have reviewed your account and everything looks good, and your withdrawal will be processed as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that our Finance team is not at work during the weekend.
Rest assured, when the withdrawal is processed, you will receive an email."
I'm tired of this casino. The 2 times I have tried to get my winnings paid out, I have waited for over 48 hours and this time I simply do not cancel.
