Not releasing my winning

My account has been verified and it's been a week now my withdraw is still pending. I've contacted the finance team and live chat numerous times to ask what the holdup is for. I'm always being told that finance team doesn't work at this hour and it doesn't matter I've tried various hours they are never working. I get really late email replies from finance that they are working hard and il be notified once it's processed. I have been getting this for the past week. I don't feel this casino is legit and they have intentions to payout my winning.

I ran a check and saw that the withdrawal was processed on our end. You should have the funds in the next couple of business days, it being a bank transfer payment.
