Going on 40+ days to get paid


I submitted 2 withdrawls on May 12, 2017. One was approved on May 16 and the other on June 16. Planet 7 claims to approve/deny all withdrawls with 3 business days. My second withdrawl took 30 days to approve. More importantly, my first withdrawal has still not been paid. I have confirmed with them in writing that they have received all of my documents and everything is in order. The only responses that I can get from Customer Service is to be "patient" and that it will eventually be paid. I would like to see if you could help me collect both of my withdrawals. The first one is for $2410, the second one is for $2500.

I'm sorry I haven't been back sooner, but at least I have good news for you. ;-)

The $2500 was sent off to the processor on the 26th--I would imagine you'll have this in your account no later than mid-week, this coming week.
