Getting refusal to be paid via bank wire


I keep getting the runaround from reps for my withdrawal. I have 2 requests. 1 for $1900 and 1 for $600. Reps keep telling me I must get this in check form and will not do this as a bank wire, but others have told me to send my bank wire information to the financial department which I have twice now.

Thank you, I'm not sure why the reps kept telling me it had to be a check. I'm still having trouble getting the last one cashed from my bank so I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't have the problem again but I wasn't getting any help from the reps.
