11 days ago, my withdrawal request was put on hold and I was asked to complete KYC verification. I successfully completed the verification process shortly after.
After that, I was informed that my account was undergoing a “standard review,” which was said to take between 24 hours and several days. However, today marks the 11th day of waiting, and I continue to receive the same generic response: “We appreciate your patience,” without any clear explanation or estimated timeframe.
I find it extremely concerning that a platform with such a large audience and reputation is delaying withdrawals for this long while providing no meaningful updates regarding the status of my funds.

Following a review by our Fraud and Risk team, some irregularities were identified during the verification process. While KYC is processed through our verification systems, it may also be subject to additional manual checks. During this review, we also identified activity on the Sportsbook side that was found to be in breach of our Terms of Service.
As a result, the account was closed and the associated winnings were initially removed in line with our policies. For compliance reasons, we’re unable to share further details.
That said, as a gesture of goodwill and in line with our intention to resolve this matter positively, we have returned $1,104.57 USD in previously confiscated winnings to your account. Additionally, $29.74 USD remains available on the account from your original deposits.
You may now access your account and withdraw the available funds at your earliest convenience.
