Hello I am writting due to a recent situation where my account was banned at Gamdom and where they are telling me I forfeit all my winnings along with my deposit.
When I ask them for the reason of the ban and money forfeited they tell me that it is a managements decision and they cannot see the reason why. I basically am being stolen from as I have read the terms and conditions and I adhered to all of it.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Gamdom Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
However, I must respectfully dispute the decision to confiscate my winnings, as the explanation provided remains unclear and unsupported by specific evidence.
First, my account activity consisted of only six bets in total. Two of these were standard pregame wagers, two were esports wagers on markets actively promoted and offered by Gamdom, and the remaining two were live bets (one NHL winning margin bet and one NBA playoff moneyline bet). This is a very small number of wagers and reflects normal recreational betting activity.
Second, all of these bets were accepted by the sportsbook at the odds offered on the platform and were fully settled before my winnings were confiscated. At no point was I notified that the bets were irregular or in violation of any rule prior to settlement.
Third, the explanation provided by Gamdom refers to “irregular betting patterns consistent with advantage betting,” but no specific example or evidence has been presented to support this claim. With only six wagers placed, it is difficult to understand how a pattern could reasonably be established.
Most importantly, Gamdom has not cited any specific clause from their Terms and Conditions that I allegedly violated. Simply labeling activity as “advantage betting” without identifying the exact rule that was breached does not provide a transparent justification for voiding settled wagers.
If Gamdom believes a violation occurred, I respectfully request that they provide the following:
1. The exact clause in the Terms and Conditions that was allegedly breached.
2. A clear explanation of which of my six wagers violated that clause and why.
3. Any evidence used by the risk team to conclude that my betting activity constituted prohibited advantage betting.
As it stands, the wagers were placed legitimately on markets openly offered by the sportsbook, were accepted at the posted odds, and were already settled. Confiscating winnings under these circumstances without clearly demonstrating a rule violation appears unfair and inconsistent with transparent sportsbook practices.
For these reasons, I respectfully request that Gamdom reconsider their decision and release the confiscated winnings totaling $3,000, or provide detailed evidence and the exact rule violation that justifies the confiscation.

Following a thorough investigation by our risk team, we identified irregular betting patterns on your account that are consistent with advantage betting. This type of activity goes against our Terms and Conditions, and as a result the decision was made to void the associated winnings.
Regarding the deposit, as outlined in our refund policy, no refund can be issued once a deposit has been used to place bets on our platform. As the funds had already been used for wagering activity, we are unable to process a refund in this case.
