Hello, I made 3 withdrawals. The first one of 500 euros on 02/12/2024, the second of 500 euros on 03/12/2024, and the last one of 500 euros on 04/12/2024. MY withdrawals have been pending for over 14 days now... This is the third time I have to go through your site because it's the only way I have found to get my withdrawals validated... I would like to emphasize that I am also a VIP member! When I contact either regular or VIP support, I always receive the same message telling me the withdrawals are delayed and that I shouldn't worry... but I want to get all my money back!
