I made a withdrawal request on November 11 for an amount of $700.
I have 2 other requests of $750 each pending. None of my requests have yet been processed to date despite their policy of processing within 3 working days.
I have contacted them 3 times and I am always told the same refrain that my request will be processed shortly by financial services. Additionally, I'm told that no KYC verification is required at this time.
It's a shame because I like their casino, but I don't dare to play anymore because I'm starting to doubt...
