Hello, I made a withdrawal of 340 euros on November 17th. According to the terms, they claim that the money should take 1-3 business days to process, and it should have been credited to me by the 20th of the month, but nothing has happened yet. As you can see in the chat, they say there is a delay without me being at fault. They told me in the chat that no further identification is needed, and also as it appears in my account, I registered at the casino through Funid, and my user ID at Frumzi Casino is 28065122.
