Hi. I've been a member of freakyvegas casino for over two years now and I've made several succesful cashouts. On 2/7 I deposited 100€ and ran my balance up to 319€ before requesting a cashout. After two weeks my withdrawal is still pending.
Their first excuse was absurd. They said that I'd have to withdraw my money to a skrill account which I had never used before with freakyvegas instead of the same skrill account from which I made my original deposit. Then they told me to cancel my withdrawal request and request it again. This was impossible since I'm not able to cancel my withdrawal anymore. I explained them this and they told me to verify my skrill account. The verification was succesful but they still haven't processed my withdrawal.
Freakyvegas haven't answered my emails at all and their live chat have been absend for the last couple of days. That's why I'm contacting you Askgamblers.

To whom it may concern, the withdrawal for some reason got stuck in status "processing" which caused the delay.
We've addressed the issue right away and withdrawal is being processed momentarily.
