This amount represents the remaining balance, not winnings.
I sent a follow-up email requesting confirmation and received no reply.
No additional documents have been requested.
According to the casino's own withdrawal policy, processing should take 24–72 hours, which has already passed.
I am requesting the processing of the withdrawal or a clear explanation for the delay.
