I requested a withdrawal from forzabet on March 18th. It was never processed and then the casino stopped engaging, despite emails.
They seem to be engaging with players on Askgamblers so I figure it's my best hope.
They emailed a few weeks ago with a promo, I emailed back raising a concern about the withdrawal and they said they would do an investigation, but then we hit radio silence again.
I have attached all the evidence.
I would appreciate Askgamblers mediating as it seems to be the only place the casino actually engages with people.

Given this, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers the complaint rejected, as it is solely the player's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the provided payment information.
Furthermore, due to the unacceptable behavior demonstrated by the player throughout the complaint process, and in line with our zero-tolerance policy regarding abusive conduct, the decision has been made to permanently ban the player from using our services.
You have made numerous unfounded statement in this thread that you have backtracked on and then stated they were 'mistakes'. You have refused to share the transaction hashtag of this so called 'successful withdrawal'. Your statement do not make sense.
You have ignored the reality that no cryto wallets send money if you only put in three digits as you are claiming. They will only send money if the prefix matches that particular coin and/or has enough digits.
You are simply exposing yourself as a dishonest and fraudulent operation.
Provide the transaction hashtag that the withdrawal was processed.
Sentence makes no sense, again showing either negligence, incompetence or deliberate dishonesty.
No funds were sent to your wallet. This was a withdrawal from my gaming account. Not a deposit. The screenshot YOU Provided (Then falsely claimed I provided). Shows the withdrawal amount in the gaming account of 247. I then requested a withdrawal from the gaming account to my LTC wallet (Not the address you have forged in the screenshot, of 2.75). But to my LTC wallet.
The withdrawal would have then been passed to your payment provided and disbursed to my wallet. If you're implying by the statemet 'received by our wallet', that when a player makes a withdrawal from their gaming account it goes to another crypto wallet you hold before the payment provider, you have tangled yourself up in more lies, as that would mean I would need your wallet address to be able to do that.
You have provided Zero proof of the withdrawal being 'successfully processed' as you claim. You could prove this with a transaction hashtag, which you are refusing to supply (Because it doesn't exist).
You have provided, a fraudulent screenshot of a withdrawal page, which looks nothing like the one on your site.
