My son referred me to this casino. He said they pay out slow but you will get paid. He said he had to use your services to assist in getting paid. I started playing in September of last year and I have had withdrawals approved since then. All my documents have been in since November. They said they moved in October and lost documents my son resent them and they said they have them. I have been getting the runaround since November. I just want to receive my winnings. I have referred other people that play as well but they keep asking have I been paid please help me. I call the VIP phone line at least 4 times a week to no avail. I've spoken to all them in the office and know all their names. Its like they enjoy giving me the runaround. Please help me!
