Withdrawal not received after more than a week

Hi,

I did a withdrawal on FastSlots last Tuesday (7th of April) of 870.80 euros, and it said "paid" on the same day, but I have yet to receive the funds in my bank account.

After providing all of the bank statements they requested, FastSlots still isn't giving me an answer, just saying they will "update" me when they have news.

It's been over a week, and nothing has changed.

I've used this withdrawal method multiple times before, and they always paid, but not this time.
