Withdraw waiting since August 29th
I’m writing here because I no longer know where to turn.
On 29/08/2025, I requested a €3,000 withdrawal. The request took 24 hours to be approved, on 30/08/2025. After five business days of waiting, I still haven’t received anything.
The casino asked me for a bank statement, which I sent on 06/09/2025 to prove that I still haven’t received the payment.
I asked them to provide proof that the payment was indeed sent, but they ignored my request and keep sending the same copy‑pasted response each time.
