Withdraw waiting since August 29th

I’m writing here because I no longer know where to turn.

On 29/08/2025, I requested a €3,000 withdrawal. The request took 24 hours to be approved, on 30/08/2025. After five business days of waiting, I still haven’t received anything.

The casino asked me for a bank statement, which I sent on 06/09/2025 to prove that I still haven’t received the payment.

I asked them to provide proof that the payment was indeed sent, but they ignored my request and keep sending the same copy‑pasted response each time.

Update, they said that my bank have "rejected" the withdraw, i have made a new one in crypto we will see if that a "bank" problem or site problem
