Hi

I registered Fast Slots casino in December 2025.

After registration, I made deposit 2000 EUR in crypto currency.

Fast Slots casino credited 4000 EUR casino bonus after my deposit.

I played slots and after completed wagering requirement my balance was 40000 EUR (forty thousand).

After that I verified my profile and made withdrawal to my crypto wallet.

Fast Slots has a limit 10 000 EUR per week or 20 000 EUR per month.

I successfully withdraw 10 000 EUR on first week.
I successfully withdraw another 10 000 EUR on second week.
After that I wait for a month until "limit reset"

To sum up I have withdraw 39.73 BNB crypto currency.

There were still 12000 EUR left in my account, and suddenly Fast Slots closed my account.

Please help me.

Withdrawal not received after more than a week

Hi,

I did a withdrawal on FastSlots last Tuesday (7th of April) of 870.80 euros, and it said "paid" on the same day, but I have yet to receive the funds in my bank account.

After providing all of the bank statements they requested, FastSlots still isn't giving me an answer, just saying they will "update" me when they have news.

It's been over a week, and nothing has changed.

I've used this withdrawal method multiple times before, and they always paid, but not this time.

Withdraw waiting since August 29th

I’m writing here because I no longer know where to turn.

On 29/08/2025, I requested a €3,000 withdrawal. The request took 24 hours to be approved, on 30/08/2025. After five business days of waiting, I still haven’t received anything.

The casino asked me for a bank statement, which I sent on 06/09/2025 to prove that I still haven’t received the payment.

I asked them to provide proof that the payment was indeed sent, but they ignored my request and keep sending the same copy‑pasted response each time.
