Withdrawal processed delayed

I made a withdrawal of £463 weeks ago that was January 3rd and I waited to be paid before for 3days because usually the payment takes 24hrs before payment processing. I have to contact customer to know why am yet to be paid, until I receive a email that to theres a error in payment processing and my withdrawal had been refunded also stated that I should go ahead and make new request for withdrawal. I went ahead and make new withdrawal on 8th of January, uptill date I haven't been paid.

I have contacted both customer service and my VIP manager on this issue but nothing had been done. I even stated if there's a problem with my account no response, only asking this for clarification.

It been 9days now I haven't been paid..

Pls help me on this issue, I want to know what's really going on there

We would like to clarify that the previous withdrawal request was automatically cancelled due to a technical issue on the side of the payment provider. The delay was not related to any account verification procedures or actions required from the player.

At the moment, the player has already created a new withdrawal request. This request has been successfully registered in our system and will be processed as soon as possible in accordance with our standard procedures.
