My account was disabled

My account was disabled and I just made a deposit of 200€ into the website. I have to contact the customer service to know what's happening and I was told the account closure is final.

How can my account be disabled along with my deposit? If you don't want me on your platform you can refund my hard earn money and blocked my account and not blocking my account with my initial deposit. That seems like a fraudulent act.

Pls askgambler, I'm not satisfied with the way I was treated on this site and I want you to interfere to this issue thanks.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Fanobet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. I just hope you don't have internal system Glitch because how can you tell me I have multiple accounts? I have one account registered on my name. I will like you to send me the other account registered on my name. Also how can you tell me I'm abusing bonus? Everytime I got email to make deposit and get some bonus is it now what you call fraudulent activities? All I'm requesting is to pay me my deposit. That's final

Thank you for your message.

After a thorough review, this case was identified as a multi-account case. Our investigation, including internal fraud detection tools, showed indicators of multi-accounting, collusion, and bonus abuse.

Please note that this is a direct breach of our Terms and Conditions, specifically:

Clause 3.1: “You can sign up (register) and use only one Account on the Website.”

Clause 3.3: “If you sign up or attempt to register more than one Account, for whatever reason, we may block or close any or all of your Accounts at our discretion. We may also void all the bets that have been placed in duplicate Accounts, block bonuses and gifts and void withdrawal requests. In addition, any returns, winnings, or bonuses that have been gained or accrued during the duplicate account lifecycle will be forfeited from you.”

Clause 9.2: “FanoBet is eligible to disable users Accounts and forfeit their Account balances (including deposits and winnings) if they will be noticed of gaining, attempting to gain an advantage (...) or establishing a collusive agreement with other users to take an unfair advantage.”

Clause 9.3: “Once FanoBet noticed a fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest or improper activity (...) on the Website, we are eligible to block user’s Account with forfeiting of all Account balances without prior notification.”

Based on these findings, the account was closed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. These measures are in place to protect the platform and ensure a fair gaming environment for all players.

As mentioned I did not perform any fraudulent activities on your site but if you insisted you have the authority to evict me from your site but not disabling my account with my deposit. That's fraudulent action from you. There are numerous casino out there to join. Refund my money
