Payment delay from casino
Hello Askgambler,
I have been having issues with my withdrawal from 15 of January of total withdrawal of £490. I have contacted the customer support multiple times claiming there is service issue with payment providers. I have been declined twice and I got an email to place another withdrawal in which I did, yet no payment to date
Later I have to ask people I refer to this casino if there’s a problem of withdrawal at their end but my surprise is that they said nothing like that, someone claimed he got paid days ago. So at this moment I don’t know why they decided to keep my withdrawal on pending.
I need your assistance on this issue. Thanks
