My withdrawal request was approved on 09/21/2016 for the amount of $1000. I was assured I would receive my payment within 7-10 business days. I have emailed Planet7 over 5 times asking for a status update on my check that was supposed to have already been issued. They don't respond. This is getting SO frustrating. I feel like I am dealing with a bunch of frauds.
